The South/Southwest Orlando area is one of the best places in America to call home. In addition to a number of amazing neighborhoods, such as Windermere,
Dr Phillips, Williamsburg, Hunters Creek, Wyndham Lakes, and many others, there are a number of great schools, activities, and organizations that make this a truly special place to be.
Neighborhoods
Windermere
This is quite possibly the most premier neighborhood in all of Central Florida. 7 and 8 figure homes line the streets, and this well-established, luxury neighborhood has been home to a host of celebrities. Think beautiful homes, very exclusive neighborhood, with a small-town feel, and that only begins to describe Windermere. To read more about this neighborhood, click

Dr Phillips
Uniquely positioned in between Universal Studios and the town of Windermere,
Dr Phillips is also one of the premier neighborhoods in Central Florida. The area is home to the world-famous Restaurant row, host to a variety of exclusive restaurants, bars, bistros and
high end shops.
Dr Phillips High School is a staple in the community, regularly graduating first class recruits into collegiate athletics, and future leaders of America into distinguished college programs as well. For more on

Williamsburg
Another great little neighborhood in Central Florida, Williamsburg actually has a bit of history to boast among the American home builders legacy. It was originally built by William Levitt, of Levitt and Sons. If that last name sounds familiar, its because he built Levittown,
in Long Island. He’s considered the father of the modern American suburb. Read more about the history
here. The area is home to many beautiful homes and is sandwiched in between the I-Drive tourist area, and the Hunters Creek area. The demand for homes here is ridiculously high, and the school system is one of the main draws for the area. Freedom High School, the school zoned for Williamsburg, was recently named one of the best public high schools in the country.
Hunters Creek
Nestled along the Orange/Osceola County border, Hunters Creek was recently rated 21st best neighborhood in America. Great schools,
tree lined streets,
well built homes, and a great central location, situated just minutes from the Airport and the attractions, help make Hunters Creek a special place to call home. Click
