The median income in Dr Phillips is significantly higher than the rest of Orlando, and, job growth once again outpaces the rest of Central Florida, at nearly 18%. Although the average home is higher than the rest of Central Florida, competition is fierce, and homes rarely stay on the market more than 30 days.
